CogniPulse AI (cognipulseai.com and demo.cognipulseai.com) is owned and operated by Adneti Technologies Pte Ltd (UEN 201202598W), 16 Jalan Masjid, #03-13, Singapore 418941 ("Adneti", "we", "us"). This notice explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). An executed Data Processing Agreement with your organisation, if any, prevails over this notice for that engagement.
Visitors, prospects and account holders. When you visit our sites, try a demo, contact us or hold a CogniPulse AI account, Adneti is responsible for your personal data.
Our customers' conversations. When a business uses CogniPulse AI to talk to its own customers, that business is responsible for those customers' personal data, and Adneti processes it on the business's behalf as a data intermediary under a written agreement. If you chatted with a business that uses CogniPulse AI, please contact that business about your data; we will help it respond.
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, run demos, provide and support the service, bill you, secure our systems, improve the service using aggregated or de-identified information, send service notices, and send product updates where you have agreed to receive them. Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
CogniPulse AI replies to messages using an AI assistant. Unless a member of staff has taken over the conversation, you are chatting with an AI assistant, not a person. Replies are generated using AI models provided by OpenAI, with Anthropic as a backup provider, so messages may be processed outside Singapore. If we change these providers, we will update this section first. We do not allow AI providers to use your messages to train their models, and we do not use one customer's data to train models for another customer.
We share personal data only as needed: with cloud hosting in the Singapore region; with WhatsApp (operated by Meta) when you use that channel; with Telegram when our staff take over a conversation; with email, payment and analytics providers; with AI model providers where enabled (see section 5); with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires; and with a buyer or successor if all or part of our business is sold or reorganised. Each service provider processes data only for its contracted function.
Some of these providers, including messaging and AI providers, may process data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take the steps required by the PDPA to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-Y0R4MY8RVY) to measure aggregate traffic. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We protect personal data with encryption in transit, role-based access controls, per-organisation data isolation and logging of administrative access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data and to detect and respond to incidents.
If we become aware of a data breach affecting personal data we process for a customer, we will notify that customer without undue delay and give it reasonable information to assess the breach. The customer, as the organisation responsible for that data, decides whether to notify the PDPC and affected individuals. For personal data we control ourselves, we will notify the PDPC and affected individuals where the PDPA requires.
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, or withdraw your consent to its use, by emailing our Data Protection Officer at pdo@cognipulseai.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days, or tell you within that time when we expect to respond. We may charge a reasonable fee for an access request and will tell you the fee before we process it. If you withdraw consent, we will explain the likely consequences, for example that we may no longer be able to respond to your enquiry. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission at www.pdpc.gov.sg.
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Where a change is material, we will highlight it on this page and, for account holders, notify you by email.
