CogniPulse AI is provided by Adneti Technologies Pte Ltd (UEN 201202598W), 16 Jalan Masjid, #03-13, Singapore 418941 ("Adneti", "we", "us"). By starting a trial, signing an order or subscribing, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation.
CogniPulse AI is an AI front desk and conversational-commerce service for businesses. It answers your customers on the channels you connect, turns messages into draft leads, orders or quotations, and hands conversations to your team. Features marked "Soon" or on the roadmap are not part of the service until we release them.
The service is for business use. You are responsible for the people you give access to and for keeping credentials secure.
Fees are in Singapore dollars and are billed in advance for each billing period. Each plan includes the usage stated on our pricing page or your order. Additional usage is purchased in usage packs. Unlimited items are subject to fair use. Meta messaging fees are passed through to you at cost. An optional one-time onboarding fee applies where stated. Adneti Technologies Pte Ltd is not registered for GST. Our prices do not include, and we do not charge, GST. We may change prices on 30 days' notice.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires.
You are responsible for:
AI replies are generated from your approved content but can still be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. Where an answer is not in your content, the assistant is designed to say so and route the conversation to a person. You remain responsible for decisions and commitments made to your customers.
We process your customers' personal data on your behalf as your data intermediary under the PDPA, as described in our Privacy Notice and, where signed, our Data Processing Agreement. You own your data and content, and you may export it at any time during your subscription.
You must not use the service for unlawful, misleading or harassing messages; to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them; to attempt unauthorised access; or to reverse engineer or interfere with the service. We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect misuse.
We target 99.9% availability and announce scheduled maintenance in advance where practicable. This is a target, not a guarantee; contractual service levels apply only where stated in your order. Channels such as WhatsApp and Telegram, and AI model providers, are operated by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages, or for actions they take against your accounts.
CogniPulse AI™ and the CogniPulse software are owned by Adneti Technologies Pte Ltd. You grant us a licence to use your content only to provide and support the service. If you give us feedback, we may use it freely.
We may suspend the service if fees remain unpaid 14 days after the due date, or immediately for serious misuse. Either party may end the subscription at the end of a billing period. After the subscription ends, you may export your data for 30 days; we then delete or anonymise it within 90 days of the end date, except where the law requires us to keep it.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. We will notify account holders of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
